“The contractors are flying out to Hong Kong today to see the prototype and we should have the module on site in March or April next year”

The 165 Bed Double Tree by Hilton Hotel is costing £25m to build and will conference and event facilities for up to 1,000 people.

The Hotel will provide a 24-hour full service facility, with fitness suite, a bar and restaurant and a business centre.

“We have bookings for it already” said Mr Larvin.

Developers at Lexington have contracted with Lincoln based Brayford Hotels, which will construct, own and operate the hotel under franchise arrangements with Hilton International.
